BLASTER LICENCE FROM DGMS
For the Legal Execution of different types of Blasts inside mines coming under The Mines Act, 1952, it has become mandatory to take compliance of various provisions, laws, grants, licenses and permits from Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), because of which authorization of explosives is becoming more regulated these days.
